# What we'll write about here

Most finance blogs are a content calendar wearing a trench coat. Twelve posts a
quarter, all titled *"5 ways to optimise your cash flow,"* none written by anyone
who has ever moved the money.

This one is the other thing. We run the money chain for platforms and operators —
the splits, the payouts, the reconciliation, the bit where you become Merchant of
Record without holding the licence yourself. So we're going to write about that,
and only that.

## What you'll get

- **How the money actually moves** — splits, multi-party payouts, FX, the parts
  spreadsheets quietly get wrong.
- **Field notes from diagnostics** — what we find when we look at a real payment
  stack. (Names removed, lessons kept.)
- **The agentic finance bet** — why an intelligence layer beats another dashboard.

## What you won't get

No listicles. No *"in today's fast-paced world."* No advice we wouldn't run
against our own ledger.

> We built the team that scaled a payments business to €2B across 8 European
> markets. The blog inherits that bias: show the mechanism, skip the fluff.

That's it. Read the [solutions](/#models) if you want the product. Stay here if
you want the thinking behind it.
