Your dashboard only shows the sections your **permissions** cover, so a missing page almost always means you haven't been granted access to it — not that something's broken. An admin on your account can add the permission you need.

## Which permission unlocks which page

- **Payouts, Payout methods, Payout reconciliation** — need the matching payout permissions.
- **Transactions, Refunds, Disputes, Checkout configurations** — need the payments permissions.
- **Wallets** — need the wallets permission.
- **Users** — need the users permission.
- **Reconciliation** — needs the reconciliation permission.

Split-payment pages (Payees, Split rules) and Support are available to any signed-in user.

## What to do

Ask an **admin** on your account to open **Users**, find you, and grant the permission for the area you're missing. Once they save, the page appears the next time you load the dashboard.
