You add a payout account under **Payout methods** (or **My payout accounts**) by entering the account's **IBAN** and details. Every new bank destination is **reviewed once before its first payout** — a deliberate security step so money can't be diverted to a bank account that was added fraudulently.

## Add an account

1. Go to **Payout methods** and add a new account.
2. Enter the **IBAN**. An IBAN is required for every currency; a BIC/SWIFT code is usually optional. Fynex checks the format as you enter it, so a mistyped IBAN is caught immediately.
3. Save. The account is submitted for a one-time review.

## Why the review

Approving a bank account "enables real money movement" to it, so each new destination is checked first. Until it's approved, the account shows as **pending approval** and can't receive a payout. This is a one-time step per account — once approved, it's ready to use for future payouts.
