These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at fynex.ai and any related content, forms, and services we make available through it (together, the “Site”). The Site is provided by Fynex (“Fynex”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

Our content
All content on the Site — text, design, graphics, logos, and the Fynex name and marks — belongs to Fynex or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but you may not reuse them commercially without our written permission.
No advice; no offer
The Site is for general information about Fynex and what we do. Nothing on it is legal, financial, tax, or regulatory advice, and nothing on it is an offer or a binding commitment. Any actual service we provide is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Fynex. If anything in those agreement terms conflicts with these Terms, the agreement terms win for that service.
Forms, demos, and the diagnostic
When you submit a form, request a demo, or ask for a diagnostic, you confirm the information you give us is accurate, and you agree we may contact you about it. How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party links and tools
The Site may link to third-party sites or use third-party tools (for example, analytics from PostHog and Google, or a scheduling tool). We don’t control those third parties and aren’t responsible for their content or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
Availability and “as is”
We work to keep the Site available and accurate, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. We don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we don’t warrant that the information on it is complete or current.

You agree to cover any reasonable losses we incur because you broke these Terms or misused the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always the one posted here, with the “Last updated” date at the top. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
