A stored balance each seller can hold, receive their splits into, and withdraw when they choose — in multiple currencies, on one ledger. The account layer that turns your marketplace into a platform.

The problem
Sellers want a balance, not just a payout they can't control
Direct payouts push every sale straight out, so sellers can't hold a balance, top up, or choose when to withdraw — and you can't offer wallet-to-wallet transfers, held balances for reserves, or a currency account per seller. The account layer a platform needs simply isn't there.

What Fynex runs
How marketplace wallets run on Fynex
A real account for every seller, on your platform.
01
A stored balance per seller
Each seller gets a balance that receives their splits and payouts, held safely on our licence until they choose to withdraw — not pushed out on every sale.
02
Multi-currency, one ledger
Hold and move a balance per currency in a single ledger, so a seller earning in three currencies keeps three balances without three tools.
03
Withdraw, transfer, or hold
Sellers withdraw on demand, you hold reserves against refunds, and balances move wallet-to-wallet — the account primitives a platform runs on.
How we compare
The same job, with the leaks closed
Point tools solve part of it. Fynex runs the whole thing on one platform.

FAQ
Questions, answered
A marketplace wallet is a stored balance you give each seller on your platform — their splits and payouts land in it, they can hold funds there, and they withdraw when they choose rather than receiving every sale as an immediate payout. Fynex holds those balances safely on its FCA-authorised EMI licence.
Yes. A seller can hold and move a balance per currency on a single ledger, so someone earning in USD, GBP and EUR keeps three balances in one account instead of stitching together separate tools per market.
A payout sends money out of your platform to a seller's bank; a wallet is an account on your platform where the seller's money lives until they act on it. Wallets let you offer held balances, reserves against refunds, wallet-to-wallet transfers and on-demand withdrawals — the account layer a payout alone can't provide.
We can be your Merchant of Record and hold the funds. Most tools can't, because they don't hold the licence.
