How do I create and send a payment link?

Create a payment link in the dashboard, set the amount and currency, and share it by email or as a link. Your customer pays on a hosted page — no code required.

You create a payment link in Online payments → Payment links → New. Set the amount, currency, and an optional expiry date, and Fynex gives you a shareable link to a hosted payment page. Send it by email or paste it anywhere — your customer pays without you writing any code.

  1. Go to Online payments → Payment links and choose New.
  2. Enter the amount and pick the currency. If your account is set to a single currency, links use that currency automatically.
  3. Optionally set an expiry date — after it passes, the link stops accepting payments.
  4. Save. Your link is live immediately, on a page like pay.fynex.ai/p/….

Send it

  • Active — open and accepting payment.
  • Paid — the customer has paid. (Reusable links keep accepting payments; single-use links close after the first.)
  • Expired — the expiry date passed.
  • Cancelled — you cancelled it before it was paid.
