I'm not receiving my verification code — what do I do?
Check your spam folder and that you used the right email, wait a moment, then request a new code. Codes expire and are single-use.
When you sign up, we email you a 6-digit code to confirm your address. If it hasn’t arrived, check your spam or junk folder first, confirm you signed up with the email you’re checking, then request a new code from the verification screen.
Fixes, in order
- Check spam and junk. The email comes from Fynex — filters sometimes catch it.
- Confirm the email address. Make sure the inbox you’re checking matches the address you signed up with.
- Wait, then resend. There’s a short cooldown between requests. If you try too soon you’ll see “Please wait a moment before requesting another code.” Wait for the timer, then request a new code.
- Enter the newest code. Only the most recent code works — an older one shows “This code is no longer active. Request a new one below.”
Messages you might see
- “That code isn’t correct. Double-check it and try again.” — a typo, or you entered an older code. Re-enter the latest one.
- “This code has expired. Request a new one below.” — codes are time-limited. Request a fresh one.
- “Too many incorrect attempts. Request a new code below.” — the code is locked after several wrong tries. Request a new code and enter it carefully.
