Why can't I see certain pages in my dashboard?
The dashboard only shows the sections your permissions cover. If a page is missing, an admin on your account needs to grant you the matching permission.
Your dashboard only shows the sections your permissions cover, so a missing page almost always means you haven’t been granted access to it — not that something’s broken. An admin on your account can add the permission you need.
Which permission unlocks which page
- Payouts, Payout methods, Payout reconciliation — need the matching payout permissions.
- Transactions, Refunds, Disputes, Checkout configurations — need the payments permissions.
- Wallets — need the wallets permission.
- Users — need the users permission.
- Reconciliation — needs the reconciliation permission.
Split-payment pages (Payees, Split rules) and Support are available to any signed-in user.
What to do
Ask an admin on your account to open Users, find you, and grant the permission for the area you’re missing. Once they save, the page appears the next time you load the dashboard. See How do I invite team members and set their permissions?
