How do I add a bank account for payouts?
Add a payout account with its IBAN in the dashboard. Every new bank destination is reviewed once before its first use, as a security check against fraud.
You add a payout account under Payout methods (or My payout accounts) by entering the account’s IBAN and details. Every new bank destination is reviewed once before its first payout — a deliberate security step so money can’t be diverted to a bank account that was added fraudulently.
Add an account
- Go to Payout methods and add a new account.
- Enter the IBAN. An IBAN is required for every currency; a BIC/SWIFT code is usually optional. Fynex checks the format as you enter it, so a mistyped IBAN is caught immediately.
- Save. The account is submitted for a one-time review.
Why the review
Approving a bank account “enables real money movement” to it, so each new destination is checked first. Until it’s approved, the account shows as pending approval and can’t receive a payout. This is a one-time step per account — once approved, it’s ready to use for future payouts. See Why is my new payout account “pending approval”?
